Which Nespresso machine does ViTRAY 3 fit?
ViTRAY 3 fits the Nespresso® Creatista Plus (J520), including OEM versions by Breville (BNE800) and Sage (SNE800). It does not fit other Creatista models such as the Creatista Uno or Creatista Pro.
Where does ViTRAY 3 sit – under or inside the machine?
ViTRAY 3 sits underneath the machine, between the base of your Nespresso® Creatista Plus and your countertop. It is not placed inside the machine and does not replace the built-in drip tray.
Does ViTRAY 3 replace the original drip tray?
No. ViTRAY 3 is a countertop protector that sits under the machine. The machine's built-in drip tray remains in place and functions as normal.
How does ViTRAY 3 protect my countertop?
The tray catches coffee drips, milk splashes and condensation that escape from beneath the machine before they reach your counter surface. The removable grid lifts out for easy rinsing.
What is the difference between ViTRAY 3 and a universal coffee machine mat?
A universal mat is cut to a generic size and often extends visibly beyond the machine's footprint. ViTRAY 3 is precision-fitted to the exact dimensions of the Creatista Plus (372 × 130 mm), so it sits flush and seamless beneath the machine.

How do I clean ViTRAY 3?
